Questions and answers

How can I order a video message from Santa Clause?

All you need to do is fill out the application form for creating a letter on this site. Click here or on the big red button on the HOME page of our website and you start the process of creating a video message in three easy steps.

After ordering, how long does it take to receive the video?

Very soon after you place your order you will receive your video message. In the best case, it will take just a few hours, in the worst case two days. This depends on the time of order. Our elves/editors work from 09:00 to 17:00h CET, six days a week. They do not work on Sundays. If you place your order out of working hours, it will be on stand-by, waiting for the elves/editors to start editing it.

How much does a video message from Santa cost and how do I pay?

The price for this service differs depending on the currency exchange rate, and it is as follows:
  • USA: 9.9 USD

This service you can pay by credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or by using PayPal.

What if my video message does not arrive even after 36 hours?

If you believe that more than enough time has passed since you placed your order and that your video message should have already arrived, first check your SPAM mail, or if you are using Gmail  whether it is in the tabs "Social" or "Promotions".

If the email with your video message is not "hiding" in one of these places, contact us here. We will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible, or if we are unable to, we will refund your money.

When is the best time for me to order Santa's video message?

The point is for the child to receive this video message in due time so that he/she could create a sense of Santa's existence; so the child has time to look forward to this experience and to question his/her behavior. If the child receives his/her video relatively late, just a day or two before Santa's visit, you 'rob' him/her of his/her experiences and impressions. The point is that the period during which the child awaits for Santa Clause and Christmas/New Year's should be just as nice as the arrival of the holiday season.
On average, children watch this video message more than 30 times!

How to order the video message for more than one child?

Easily! Select the option "More than one child" and Santa Clause will address the message in plural form. Also, don't forget to upload a common photo of the children for whom you would like the video to be created.
